When the energy that emanates from sincere friendship, the love for the land and the passion for wine, come together with knowledge in oenology and viticulture, projects such as Bodegas Ziríes emerge. Javier Castro and Sonia López (Oenologist) join forces to produce Garnachas with their own personality, faithful to their place of origin, to the earth, to the sky and to the string madness of their creators. Beyond making the fruit of these vines, what they do is listen to them in silence and try to decipher their raison d'être, so that what each vine yearns for reaches the glass.
