To be a winemaker is to love, to doubt, to question, to take risks, to assume our choices, to respect nature, time, people, to work hard and to share. ​ We perpetuate with gratitude the know-how of our ancestors Amand and Cléophas Tremblay, our grandparents Gabrielle and André Tremblay and our parents Joëlle and Pascal Bouchard, who have planted, cultivated and finally passed on this vineyard for nearly a hundred years. Our desire: To sublimate each of these terroirs with simple, respectful and unpretentious practices, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
