The recent and small estate of Domaine des Bellugues belongs to the Aimar family and is managed according to fundamental agricultural principles. As such it enjoys all the autonomy and diversity it needs. It is out of concern for diversity in particular that Raphaël Aimar perpetuates sheep breeding, which was initiated by his father Pierre Aimar who always had the dream of becoming a shepherd.
