We care about the environment and to protect it we have been using eco-friendly techniques for many years now. In 2010 we decided to take our approach further by starting our official conversion to organic vine growing, to get official AB certification 3 years later. Grape picking is always done by hand. We give board and lodging to the seasonal workers who join us for the twelve days it takes to gather in the harvest. We have a very strict sorting policy, only keeping the very best grapes to craft our wine with. What motivates us are healthy products, quality and the love of a job well done.
