Elaboration: White wine of the Priorat with an infusion of aromatic herbs.
Varieties: White Garnacha, Macabeo, Pedro Jiménez.
Taste: Amber colour, with a golden shine of oxidised ageing in old barrels. Aged in wood.
In the nose: a touch of forest herbs and of cultivated herbs, of phosphorus and minerals that reflect the origin of the grapes in soils of the “llicorella”.
In the mouth: bitter almonds, dried fruit and softness in the mouth which is in contrast with the bitterness of the maceration of the herbs, a touch of artichoke, forest-asparagus, rosemary and thyme.
